Tech billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes and wife Annie continue their buyup in the Southern Highlands.
They have bought the Bowral trophy home, Hathaway, for $3m.
Cannon-Brookes secured the home for considerably less than its $3.45m price guidance from Ray White Bowral, who’d been marketing the home for about two months.

It was trading for the first time since 2008 when it sold for $905,000.
The 1930s Tudoresque home comes with a steep pitched roof, timber-adorned gables and exposed brick trim. It retains its original floor plan with five bedrooms.
There are a number of sitting rooms, along with a home office with a separate entry.
