After being shockingly accused of raping a 24-year-old woman, Chris Brown is taking legal action against her for supposedly lying about everything. As you may know, yesterday, it was first reported that the star was detained by the French police while his case was being investigated.
Later that same day, Chris and two others from his entourage were released due to insufficient proof.
French prosecutors told TMZ that Brown got released with no bail and that he is also free to leave the country.

In the note’s caption, he also argued that ‘This B!tch Lyin’!’
But social media is not the only place he intends to defend himself as his lawyer Raphael Chiche told E! News that he and his client are filing a defamation complaint against the allegedly lying accuser.
The 24-year-old unnamed woman told the authorities that she initially met Brown and his entourage at a nightclub in Paris and then she and other women went to his hotel room.
That is where he supposedly assaulted her brutally.
While she waited two days to report him to the police, the alleged victim explained that she decided to do it anyway just so that Chris wouldn’t do this to any other woman out there.
